Amari Cooper's Connection To The Bills Dates Back To The Day He Was Born

Amari Cooper’s trade to Buffalo comes as the Bills are set comfortably as the first place team in the AFC East.

Buffalo’s WR room, despite being a main part to the Bills 5-3 record, is one without any notable names. That was at least until Tuesday afternoon.

The Cleveland Browns are essentially in rebuilding mode and trading away Cooper marks the beginning of the Browns falling back into irrelevance.

It won’t take Cooper long to establish himself as Buffalo’s main wideout, though he could be limited in his debut.

Cooper coming to the Bills kind of has a funny connection: Amari Cooper was born on the same day as the OJ Simpson chase: June 17th, 1994.

So, while the world was watching the white Bronco on TV, Amari Cooper was being born.

Back to being on a serious note here, the Bills WR room now consists of: Amari Cooper - Khalil Shakir - Keon Coleman - Mack Hollins - Curtis Samuel.

Now, Cooper isn’t that missing piece to a Super Bowl that Buffalo needs, but he definitely plays a part in everything falling in together.

What the Bills need to do now is assemble a trade for at least 1-2 key O-Line pieces so Josh Allen could have more than 2 seconds to throw the ball.
