DOW Is Up By Over 1% In Premarket Trading

With still over one hour until the market officially opens we are already seeing big gains, one of them being with the DOW. Being priced at $31,585.00 a share Dow Jones Industrial is up by a total of 338.00 points (+1.08%) in Monday premarket trading.
