Even though the Connecticut football season is over there is still a lot of news present this offseason. It was announced the West Haven Blue Devils football team has two All State Players as seniors Joe Hawkins and Kyshawn Togba will end their high school careers in one of the highest ways possible, going All State. Joe Hawkins received the All State honors to the Connecticut Football Coaches Class LL team along with Kyshawn Togba who was ranked as the 21st best in the Coaches Association All State Top 26.
