Knicks Get Denzel Valentine in a three-way deal

The New York Knicks just made their first trade of the 2021-22 NBA regular season. It was announced that the Knicks have acquired Denzel Valentine from the Los Angeles Lakers in what is a three-team trade involving Rajon Rondo being sent to the Cleveland Cavaliers. The Knicks will also receive $1.1 million in the deal and will decide today whether to keep Valentine or give him the chance to sign with a different team, overall the 28 year old averages 2.9 points a game accompanied by 1.7 rebounds over nine minutes per game this season.
