On Wednesday, the New York Jets signed fresh out of college TE Kevin Foelsch. The move comes after QB Colby Suits was waived by the organization.
Foelsch, (6-4, 250lbs), went undrafted in the 2024 NFL Draft after completing a 5-year career with University of New Haven.
UNH is widely regarded as having one of the top D2 football programs in the northeast. Foelsch accounted for 73 receptions and 660 yards with 16 touchdowns to complement his collegiate career as a Charger.
Foelsch was signed by the Panthers post-draft, but was waived just 3 days after penning his name.
The current New York Jets Tight end room consists of Tyler Conklin - Kenny Yeboah - Jeremy Ruckert - Zack Kuntz - Lincoln Sefcik and now Foelsch.
