With the game three win on September 1st, the Mets not only won the short home series, they have also won the season series against the Dodgers. The New York Mets bested LA 4-3 and outscored the team 25-22. With the season series win the Mets have emerged as the top team that is favored to win the World Series with a 18.1% chance.
