West Haven to Face Rivals Hamden Today for Saturday Afternoon Hockey

The West Haven Blue Devils are set to face the Hamden Dragons today for the fifth game of the season. This will be the third away game of the season for West Haven as they will walk into the Lou looking not not only their first away win, but also their first season win. West Haven sits 0-4 and are outscored 24-8 compared to Hamden’s 2-3 record, which they are outscored 20-13 with a 2-1 record at home. The puck is set to drop at 4:00pmEST for this midday Saturday hockey affair, last season the Blue Devils got their first win of the season against Hamden as they look for a big dub today. West Haven is led by first year starter Sophomore Goalie Javed Ullah who has 112 saves so far through the first four games to give him a .824 save percentage. West Haven looked very strong several days ago in their most recent away matchup against NDF where they lost 4-3 with the winning goal scored inside the final two minutes of regulation. West Haven is coming into this game hungry for a win and with a 52.8% chance of winning the odds are in their favor.
