Yale faced Harvard at Harvard Stadium for the annual historic Ivy League matchup. Yale came in 7-2 as Harvard came into their home stadium 6-3.
Yale came in led by Junior QB Nolan Groom as Charlie Dean the Crimson team into play.
Yale would sent the tone with a first quarter touchdown. The Bulldogs would also knock in a field goal in the second while allowing a Harvard TD, going into halftime 10-7.
The second half of play was a defensive onslaught from both sides, keeping the pace from the first half. The game would come down to the final minutes with Harvard needing a touchdown to win.
Charlie Dean would throw his fourth interception of the day to seal the game for Yale. 19-14 the score would be at the final Yale QB kneel down.
This win gives Yale a shared Ivy League title with the 6-1 record in the division, tied with Princeton.
